We apply licra to metal structures that we design, to create tents, rooves and divisions.
We specialise in designing aluminium truss structures to carry licra, yet we also work with metal posts, and our domes of course.
We can design licra shapes to fit any structure.

Institutional yet creative
Challenge
The Department of Education in the Portuguese Government was hosting an event in one of the Central Lisbon Squares: The Praca do Comércio.
They wanted to step away from the standard 3 x 3 pop up tents and put on a colourful show for the children, without forgetting the formal context.
Solution
We designed strong reinforced truss structures that would withstand winds.
We chose block colours for the rooves to provide coloured shade, and designed colourful licra dressing
for the aluminium structures to make the event more child-friendly.s.

Themed designs for the Water Board
Challenge
An institutional Stand at a local festival, representing the local water company and funded by the Council.
The client required a roof the fit in with the surrounding summer festival décor without betraying their values or making the stand too casual.
Solution
A roof made to measure with water bubbles running across it, perfectly stretched into an exact rectangle,
the stand's clients could even see the bubble pattern under their feet as the sun created shadow in the floor.
We even set up our refrigeration system, blowing cool microscopic water droplets over the crowd in the hot August sun.

Free flowing licra with little to no structure. Sometimes our clients want a more organic style, or maybe there is no room or money for large scale metal reinforcements. We have worked with elastic fabrics for over 15years in all sorts of environments, and wil always find a solution for your event.
